Big Hit Entertainment formed the South Korean boy band TXT, which consists of five members. The members of the group are Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Huening Kai. They debuted on March 4, 2019, with the EP The Dream Chapter: Star. The group has been gaining traction as they are on the same label as another very well-known K-Pop band, BTS.
The group won multiple new artist awards as a result of their early commercial success, including Best New Male Artist at the 2019 Mnet Asian Music Awards, Rookie of the Year at the 34th Golden Disc Awards and the 2019 Melon Music Awards, and New Artist of the Year at the 9th Gaon Chart Music Awards.
Who is Yeonjun in TXT?
Big Hit Entertainment’s newest boy group, TXT (Tomorrow X Together), made headlines when Choi Yeonjun was revealed as its first member. Yeonjun reportedly completed four years of training under Cube Entertainment. He did several stages as a backup dancer while he was training.
With the release of the first mini-album, “The Dream Chapter: STAR,” on March 4, 2019, he made his formal group debut.
Is Yeonjun leaving TXT?
Yes, TXT’s Yeonjun, BOYNEXTDOOR’s Woonhak, and actress Park Ji Hu have stepped down from their roles as MCs of SBS’s Inkigayo.
In April 2022, Yeonjun took over as host, and in July 2023, Park Ji Hu and Woonhak took over. Fans will still be able to see them as they resume their primary careers and interact with fans in their respective fields, even though their time on the show has come to an end.

He added that he did not consider his time at Inkigayo to be work because it was so much fun. His chemistry with his co-MCs was also nice.
Who will replace them?
Following their departure, the Inkigayo stage is set to welcome new hosts: IVE’s Leeseo, ZEROBASEONE’s Han Yu Jin, and actor Moon Sung Hyun, who are expected to bring fresh charisma to the beloved music show.
Ahead of their first episode, BOYNEXTDOOR’s Sungho, Taesan, and Woonhak will take the stage for the April 21 broadcast as special MCs. Inkigayo airs every Sunday at 3:20 PM KST
